About America's Table Series:

Many of the foods we think of as being 'American' travelled here with people, cultures, and traditions from around the globe. In this interactive series, we'll look at the impact of immigration on the gastronomical landscape of the United States. Each session includes a deep dive into a different food, a hands-on make and take, tasting samples, and thoughtful discussion about the delicious contributions the world has made to the tapestry of the American table.
