Our organization serves the communities of eastern Hamilton County, from Fishers to Atlanta. To carry out our mission and spirit of collaboration, we also engage with neighboring cities and towns.

In addition to her 10 years as Executive Director of Noblesville Creates, Aili is on the board of Arts Midwest and Keep Noblesville Beautiful. She is the former President of the Board of the Da Vinci Pursuit and continues to serve as a committee member for HAND, Inc. She is an ex-officio member of the Fishers Arts & Culture Commission, and in 2022, McGill became a member of the Rolling Stone Culture Council. She has performed at ComedySportz, Indianapolis since 2004 and is a professional illustrator and artist, fascinated by nature and science.

J.C. is a graduate of Ball State University’s Art History program and is devoted to helping cultivate creativity and resources for personal growth in our community. They also volunteer at the Museum of Miniature Houses in Carmel and the Hamilton County Humane Society.

Lindsay Zehren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and Theater from Saint Mary of the Woods College and her Equivalency Degree in Music Therapy from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Lindsay has over 15 years of experience across a variety of settings including clinical, family, academic, mental health, and community health and wellness. Lindsay has completed advanced trainings in Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT), Counseling Skills, Trauma-Informed Care, Yoga (RYT-200), Healing Touch, and Reiki.

Laura McCormick is a Juried Member of Hamilton County Artists’ Association. She comes to Noblesville Creates from the library world, where she developed a love for supporting life-long learning in the community and helping community organizations thrive.
