We work with local artists to offer classes to adults, children, novices, hobbyists, experts — anyone interested in spending a little time investing in their own creativity. See below for our current list of classes on campus. We are also currently looking for additional teachers; look below for more information and a teacher interest form.

Parking

On-street parking is available around Noblesville Creates on 8th. Do NOT park in the Purple Lot during week day business hours.  However, if you are having trouble finding an available spot, we highly suggest parking in the Levinson Garage on Maple Street between 8th and 9th Street at: 868 Maple Ave, Noblesville, IN 46060.

Kiln Creations

Fridays & Sundays: Try It Wheel Class- We have eight wheels and have opened up our program for semiprivate classes.  These are one-time classes so if you can’t commit to the 4 or 6 week course, this gets your hands dirty and your heart full! 

Tuesdays: Children’s Four Week Wheel Class- Did you know wheel throwing is one of the oldest crafts? Get your hands dirty the ancient way and join our four-week wheel class. This is an hour-long class that expands your clay knowledge.

7/11: Clay Berry Basket Class- Love Berries but need a cute way to store them? Feeling the cottagecore aesthetic? Say less friend! Make a Berry Basket out of clay with us! We will be building our baskets out of wet clay. Once finished, you can glaze the same day, or come back in 14 days to glaze once they have gone through the kiln. The finished baskets will be about 5 inches by 2.75 inches. You can even customize yours by adding tiny clay fruit or flowers!

7/13: Couples’ Wheel Class-  We’re having a couples’ clay class for a great couples’ price. For $90, you are your partner, friend, or that special someone you’ve always wanted to take a class with can come in a get messy in the clay with us! Our instructor will walk you through throwing on the wheel. Create a small bowl in this beginner’s class. Or not because clay is difficult. Either way, you’ll have fun!

7/18: Kid’s Night Out: Squishmallow BINGO- Join us for a Squishmallow-themed event at our pottery studio! Paint your very own Squishmallow bank—choose from adorable designs like the axolotl, unicorn, or cow. After crafting your masterpiece, we’ll enjoy some pizza and marshmallow treats as we play BINGO for prizes!

7/20: Peacock Technique Class- Join us for an all-out Peacock Paradiso! We’ll be painting all things peacock! These pieces are high fire legacy ceramic pieces that will last a lifetime. Choose a bowl, mug, vase, baking dish or more!!

7/25: Taylor Swift Trivia-  Hey there, Taylor Swift fans! Get ready to be whisked away on a magical journey of music and creativity at our one-of-a-kind trivia and paint night! Join us for an evening full of singing, dancing, and endless love for the one and only Taylor Swift! Unleash your inner artist and get crafty by decorating your pottery with Taylor’s most iconic lyrics and images using silkscreens. Make a friendship bracelet for your bestie and sip on Disco Ball Punch, all while a playlist filled with all your favorite Taylor tracks rocks the house.

7/27: Paint Chip Pieces Class- Let’s jazz up plates, platters, loaf pans, or bowls with funky paint chip patterns! We’ll mix and match our top color duos, get those chips ready, and dive into painting. Simply pick two colors, sprinkle the chips, and unleash your inner artist – no sweat, just fun!

Thursdays: Open Studio- A relaxed informal evening to create, learn, and connect with fellow artists.

7/4: First Friday- Bring your family and friends and take part in fun, hands-on art activities for all ages! Your creations will become part of a special Community Art Exhibit, with a reception on Saturday.

7/1: Tammy’s Quilting with the Quilter’s Precut Companion- Learn to become inspired with precuts! The Quilter’s Precut Companion includes more than 25 block patterns along with easy to follow yardage  charts for all sizes of quilts. Join Tammy once a month in 2025 and learn how easy quilting can be with precuts.

Wednesdays & Fridays (7/11 & 7/25): Janet’s Knit Help- Need help with a project? Bring your project and a pattern. Want to learn new ideas, techniques, and break bad habits. Class will also do projects with education.

7/19: Jan’s Cartonnage Photo Art Caddy- Come experience the art – and joy – of cartonnage, the French art of box making. Cartonnage is a traditional method of creating amazing boxes and other projects with simple materials (just fabric, chipboard, and glue). Turn gorgeous fabrics into unique, no-sew gifts that are beautiful and functional.

7/21 to 7/23: Julie’s Sew Fun Summer Camp- Kid’s Sewing Camp: Pillowcases & Cornhole Bags- 3 hours/day for 3 days- For Kids 10 years and up, adults do not have to stay but will need to complete a permission slip. Please click the link to download the permission slip. It must be completed and brought to the first day of camp.

7/22: Mary’s Continuing Studies in Machine Quilting- This class is a detailed technique instruction focused on ONE or TWO techniques. Students are required to have completed the Free Motion Machine Quilting I and II classes. Students will further their skills by attending this four-hour class approximately once a month. 

7/30: HQ Hands-on Fundamentals- Does long arm quilting interest you, and you’d like to learn more about it? Or do you just want a review of longarm quilting basics? This class removes the mystery of longarm quilting by explaining machine and frame elements and features, how to load a quilt and vital facts about threads, needles, and tension. 

7/31: HQ Confident Free Motion Quilting- Quilters everywhere LOVE the excitement and fun of free-motion quilting-and it’s easier than you think! Create flowing designs by connection simple designs elements with continuous lines, traveling across the quilt or filling in a specific area. 

7/31: HQ The ABC’s of Rulers- If you love precision and consistency in your quilting rulers, you will love using design rulers and templates! These handy tools assist in placing designs accurately and stitching them out precisely. Learn to handle rulers and templates safely with the ruler base and Sure foot, and how to achieve accuracy with the markings.

En Pointe Indiana Ballet

En Pointe Indiana Ballet is a premier ballet school based in Noblesville, Indiana. They welcome dancers ages 3 to 22, beginner to pre-professional. They offer the highest level of instruction including ballet technique, pointe, variations, repertoire, pas de deux, jazz, hip hop, acro, modern, contemporary, tap and more. This Could be You!

Noblesville Creates is looking for instructors to teach a variety of art classes. Disciplines include: painting, drawing, theatre, sculpting, quilting, photography, and more. Teaching at Noblesville Creates is easy. We can provide you a location, marketing, supplies, registration management, and can even help you develop your curriculum. Teachers receive 80% of the tuition fees. Classes can range from weekly, monthly, an hour, a couple of hours, and anything in between. Noblesville Creates is looking for instructors for art classes.  Curriculum discussions can be had with Noblesville Creates staff. 

Teen & Tween Drawing

The Teen & Tween Drawing class provides a safe and inspiring place for young artists to increase their drawing  skills. The teacher will provide exercises and practice prompts to help 10 to 18 year olds develop their drawing skills.  This class is currently Mondays  from 4:45 to 5:45, but these dates can be moved. Classes typically run quarterly, and we are asking our instructors to commit to 10-12 classes for the quarter series.The class cost has been $15 per session with 80% of the fees going to the instructor, but the fee can be discussed.
