A Virtual Home for Noblesville Creates’ Exhibits

If you don’t always have the ability to get to Noblesville Creates gallery locations physically, we can bring our current works on display to you!

JUDGE STONE HOUSE EXHIBIT: “Members Only”
September 6-28

This annual exhibit shines a spotlight on our Learn, Promote, Showcase, and Lead level Artist Members. A new addition this year includes Hamilton County Artist Association’s Juried Members. Noblesville Creates Members lift each other up, advance the communities they take part in, and are incredibly talented. They hold offices, raise families, sing, dance, paint, sculpt, weave, weld, carve, draw, cook, photograph, film, act, and so much more. September is all about celebrating them in their artistic glory!

FOUR DAY RAY SHOWCASE: The Thrill of Victory by Mark Rouse

July 5-September 27

Mark Rouse’s artistic journey is a reflection of his ability to treat each new day as an opportunity for accomplishment. His upcoming Four Day Ray showcase exhibit, The Thrill of Victory will be a celebration of the Olympics and a reflection of his own passions.

NOBLESVILLE CITY HALL EXHIBIT: “Things We Found in Books” by Gal’s Guide Library

Gal’s Guide Library is curating an exhibit all about the quirky bits and bobs folks leave behind in books! Expect to explore plane tickets, hand-made bookmarks, Post-it notes, dedications, and more!

STEPHENSON SHOWCASE: “My Floral Studies” by John Dierdorf

Nature might be seen as a constant balancing act between structure and disorder. Much like art, flora can be perfectly manicured or expressed in more intuitive, wild ways. Artist John Dierdorf enjoys taking inspiration from the natural world in his home garden when working on his Abstract Expressionist paintings. His September exhibit at Noblesville Creates’ Stephenson House Gallery, My Floral Studies, will include multiple views of flowers from his garden, still lifes, and abstract interpretations.

Meet John at his free reception on September 21, 5-8 p.m.

MEYER NAJEM SHOWCASE: “Old, New, Borrowed, & Blue” by Marianne Glick

July 5-September 27

In her upcoming showcase exhibit, Old, New, Borrowed, and Blue, visitors can expect a collection of Marianne’s latest pieces alongside some old favorites. Due to her natural approach to painting, the work completed this past winter in Florida contains many shades of blue and an “oceany” feel. Each one-of-a kind piece is a colorful expression of her community-minded mission and an innate sense of time, place, and emotion.

Visitors can meet Marianne at her free public reception on Friday, August 23 from 5-8 p.m. at Meyer Najem.
