Volunteers Needed

Volunteers Needed

Noblesville Creates needs volunteers for upcoming events and for duties on campus. Volunteering is a great way to get involved with and support our arts community, while also having a lot of fun! Brief descriptions of volunteers roles appear below: we can provide more detail upon request. Even if you’re available for only part of a volunteer shift, that can still be a big help! Contact us to be paired with an activity that fits your skills and interests.

To volunteer, contact Ryan Shelton at rshelton@noblesvillecreates.org or call 317-900-1272.

Volunteers are needed for the following:

Ongoing Events

Staffing the Front Desk
Staffing the Front Desk is a great way to see all that happens at Noblesville Creates. You will greet guests, answers questions (as you can), answer the phone, collect art from artists for the next exhibit, make sales, and more. Full training is available and a staff member will always be available to answer any questions you have or questions you cannot answer. This volunteer opportunity is available any time Noblesville Creates is open: Wednesdays-Fridays from Noon to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any part of these times you can fulfill would be quite helpful and allow our staff more time to focus on upcoming events, exhibits, and classes.

Set-up Help for First Fridays of each month: 3:00-6:00 pm
Assist Nickel Plate staff with the set-up of tables, chairs, food, tents, umbrellas, and art activities.

Clean-up for First Fridays of each Month: 8:30-9:30 pm
Assist Nickel Plate staff with cleaning up campus after the First Friday event. We encourage you to come at around 8:30 so you can enjoy the evening before helping clean-up.

Upcoming Events

Fairyville is April 17th-20th. Volunteers are needed to set-up the trail and other activities, portray live fairies on the trail, manage crafts, help with tea parties, and many more areas. Please, reach out if you have any interest in volunteering for Noblesville Creates’ biggest event of the year.
