Join us in a nurturing environment where children and parents can connect through the joy of creativity! Start moving your body with Groove & Flow at 10:30 a.m. before moving into a themed Creative Cubs craft activity that ends at 11:30 a.m. This class is taught by a team of talented moms: Meredith Ziegenhagel and Lindsay Zehren (licensed music therapist and yoga instructor).

These sessions are recommended for children ages 1-10 with an adult buddy, and are open to all abilities.

Groove & Flow:

An all-inclusive music, dance, and yoga class. Meet new friends and explore rhythm, melody, and movement through games and songs!

Creative Cubs:

Exercise your creative muscles by exploring guided craft activities.

February 21st – Canvas Heart Painting
March 21st – Egg Sun Catchers
April 18th – Craft Stick Fairies
August 15th – Upcycled Tin Can Pencil Holder
September 19th – Splatter Art Monsters
October 17th – Melted Crayon Pumpkins
November 21st – Pinecone Christmas Tree

All supplies included.

Before You Arrive:

  • Make sure you’re in comfortable clothing for grooving!
  • It is strongly recommended that you bring a yoga mat or towel/blanket for each participant. If you do not have one, please reach out to let us know, and we will have an alternative option ready for you.
  • Aprons for the craft activity will be provided along with all supplies.
