STEPHENSON SHOWCASE: “Diverging Worlds” by Eric Utterback

New perspectives and practices can be developed through the combination of genre and styles, as painter Eric Utterback has discovered. Eric aims to blend his passion for illustrative and abstract paintings and lay out the processes that got him there in his showcase exhibit, Diverging Worlds.

MEYER NAJEM SHOWCASE: “Stories from the Coast” by Michael Jack

October 4-December 27

Michael Jack is a lifelong learner, explorer, and storyteller. His showcase exhibit at Meyer Najem’s 2nd Floor Gallery will primarily cover images from the Northwestern U.S. including the Palouse region, in addition to other coastline travels. His love for the Palouse region of Washington State–a location Jack has deemed as either a bucket list destination for photographers or an unknown name and location to those unfamiliar with it–has proven to serve as the inspiration behind much of the work he has produced since retiring from his career as a Corporate Controller in 2008.

Visitors can meet Michael at his free public reception on Friday, November 8th from 5-8 p.m. at Meyer Najem.
