Raising up artists is part of our mission. We want to be a hub for artists connected to Region 7 (Greater Indianapolis area) in Indiana. As defined by the Indiana Arts Commission, this region includes Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, and Shelby counties. The Basic Artist Member level includes opportunities for any working artist interested in connecting with Noblesville Creates.
