2024 will bring a once-in-a-generation celestial event to Hamilton County. The Total Solar Eclipse will take place on April 8th, 2024 at approximately 3:06 pm.
Our arts community is celebrating this cosmic event in several ways this year and we want you to celebrate with us! Look below for details on events, as well as our exclusive Eclipse Artwork!

Noblesville Creates Artclipse Festival:
We’re coordinating a festival on Noblesville’s courthouse square to celebrate the eclipse, share some incredible artwork by our local artists, and create art together with community members.
This event will include:
- Music by Andy Schomburg from noon to 3pm!
- Interactive art projects led by our local arts organizations, including:
- Noblesville Creates
- Gal’s Guide Library Dream Planning: you plant your dreams during the Eclipse to see them bloom during the Flower Moon.
- The Belfry Theatre
- Hamilton County Artists’ Association
- Fishers Arts Council & Barbara Howrey- Eclipse Viewer/Pinhole projector to make and decorate.
- Caravan Classes
- The Workshops of G. B. Davis: Small Eclipse Notebooks to purchase or construct (paid demonstration)-
- Vintage Adventures
- Kiln Creations
- Fins and Foxes – you will be lead through a community painting with eclipse imagery
- Patterson Pottery- handbuilding station along with pottery for sale

There are several official viewing sites for the Eclipse in Hamilton County. We’ll have booths set up in various locations, or you can drop by our campus to shop and bask in the penumbra!
