Celebrate this loved-filled holiday creatively with our Valentine’s Day for All Take-Home Craft Kits!
You and your partners can create out of this world Love Bugs ($5), Valentine’s Garland ($5), or make a Clay Heart Dish ($7)! All the supplies you need are included.
The arts can awaken passions during these cold, dark winter months. Let our local artists inspire you with feelings of affection and romance through painting, pottery, and poetry.
Writers, poets, painters, potters, and more are encouraged to share works that explore matters of the heart in this exhibit.
Celebrate First Friday with the opening of Noblesville Creates’ Exhibit “From the Heart” from 6 to 9pm. Members of the Poetry Society of Indiana will be on hand to write poems inspired by the works of art. You can enjoy food, drink, and the musical stylings of jazz guitarist Mario Joven.
Noblesville Creates is presenting something new; another kind of original art! Local musicians John Gilmore, Chris Baird, and Kelli Ray Yates will perform original songs. This is an opportunity to meet the writers and hear their songs, as well as some of the stories behind the songs in a quiet listening environment. In case you are not familiar with the ‘songwriters in the round’ format, they’re really pretty simple. The singer/songwriters take turns with each presenting one song at a time usually with a bit of explanation on each song. The inspiration, back story, etc. Please join us for this special night of music. The event is at the Judge Stone House at Noblesville Creates on 8th (107 S. 8th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060). Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and seating will be limited. The music and stories start at 7:00 p.m. Alcohol will be for sale. Please, consider donating $10 per person to help pay for the staff and musicians. The musicians cordially ask that you refrain from talking during the show so as to allow people to focus on the lyrics.
If you need a family-friendly outing this holiday weekend, we have you covered. Families are invited to come to Noblesville Creates on Saturday, February 10th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to create Valentine’s-themed crafts

Noblesville Creates Shared Hearts Mixed Media Process Painting- $40:
Couples will take turns drawing/painting ½ of a heart, with its center being the dividing line you created. The general idea is for two halves to match up to make one heart, but there’s no need to agonize over that. Some couples don’t always sync up. Perfection doesn’t have to define your relationshipFeel free to embellish your half-heart outline as much as you want – this should represent what you bring to your relationship. Once you feel that your half-heart outline is complete, trade with your partner. Now, add your own element to this side of the heart. You can fill in the center of the heart or add to the background. You can build on your partner’s outline. You can create patterns or fill in big fields of color.

“I loved that each activity involved a bit of creativity. You don’t usually go out on a Friday night and paint together or write poetry, so it was awesome to share that kind of experience. Way more interesting than the typical “dinner and candy” Valentine’s Day that a lot of people do.”
– Kelli Yates –
“So much fun! We went with friends and had a totally different Valentine’s Day experience from just doing dinner and a movie. Great crafts and a great time! Definitely will be going again this year.”
– Mike and Linda Felix, attended Date Night –
