Applications Open for Arts Crawl Vendors

Applications Open for Arts Crawl Vendors

Noblesville Creates is inviting folks to explore Noblesville’s Creative side on Saturday, October 12th, 2024 from 12-5 p.m.

We are currently looking for artist vendors to help showcase creative minds at work in our community! If you are interested in participating, please read through the rules and regulations and complete the form below.

Rules & Regulations

Application Deadline: Friday, September 20th

Acceptable Vendor Items: Noblesville Creates strives to promote local creatives and our small business partners. Because of this, we are only accepting vendors with works of original design. Each application will be reviewed by the Noblesville Creates staff to ensure the quality and a variety of products. No food vendors will be accepted at this time.

Vendor Dates and Times: Saturday, October 12th, from 12-5 p.m. (set up starting at 9 a.m.)

Location: Along the Arts Crawl Trail (please note that this map is a very rough draft and NOT final)

Registration to Sell: All vendors must complete the application and pay booth fees prior to the event.

Space Reservation: Spaces are assigned by the Noblesville Creates staff.

Booth Specifications: As the Arts Crawl trail is still being finalized, we are still carving out vendor spaces. While we are aiming to have a number of our traditional 10×10′ booth space there will likely be some more creative space available. These spaces may be wider than 10′ but shorter than 10′, or vice versa. If you have preferences or needs regarding your booth space, please indicate so on the form below or email J.C. at the email listed below.

It is highly recommended that vendors use a tent in addition to any tables or other booth set ups. It is also recommended that vendors use tent weights for each leg, approximately 40lbs per leg. Tent stakes are prohibited due to utility lines being present.

Booth Cost: $40 per booth

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact J.C. at jseig@noblesvillecreates.org.
