25 May Plein Air Painters & Outdoor Artists Wanted
The Spark! Fishers planning committee is especially interested in showcasing the creative talents of our local community and invites artists to participate in this day-long inaugural event on Saturday, June 30th. Plein air painters are invited to set up their easels during the event to engage arts patrons and promote their work. The Spark!Fishers event runs from 11am – 7pm, and artists are welcome to paint on-site in that window of time, bringing their own materials to the event. Interested artists should register with Rachael O’Dell in advance so that we can plan accordingly. On the day of the event, artists will need to check in with Noblesville Creates at the Spark! Pop-up Shop, located on the front steps of the Fishers City Hall before they begin painting. Artists will be invited to hang their newly created works in the Spark! Pop-up Shop to sell, if they like.
