Celebrate an early Halloween at Clay Terrace's Boo 'n Brew Fall Festival! Children 10 and under are invited to trick-or-treat at participating retailers and along Clay Terrace boulevard. Guests are encouraged to show up in their best Halloween Costume (your fur-friends too)!
Enjoy face painting, balloon artists, Silly Safari Animal Shows, a pumpkin patch, horse-drawn hayrides & so much more!
Parents and adults are welcome to join in on the "BREW" of Boo 'n Brew, offering a family-friendly beer garden, with four local breweries: Upland Brewing, Bier Brewery, Grand Junction Brewing and Field Brewing. While you sip, enjoy TWO live band performances on our main stage: Toy Factory & Stella Luna and the Satellites!
To commemorate Clay Terrace's 20th Anniversary grab a beverage from the beer vendors to receive a signature cup or try your chances at the Clay Terrace booth to win a signature t-shirt (while supplies last)!
