Groove & Flow is an all-inclusive music, dance, and yoga class for children with an adult buddy. Join us to meet new friends and explore rhythm, melody, and movement through games and songs! The class is recommend for children ages 1 to 10, but is open to all ages.
This class is for all abilities!
Pricing: $15 per child (one adult may attend for free with each child)
Logistics: Please wear comfortable clothing that you can groove and flow in! Please bring a yoga mat for each participant. If you do not have one, please reach out to let us know, and we will have an alternative option ready for you.
