The 2025 Festival of Ice features demonstrations by professional ice carvers on Friday, January 17 in the Carmel Arts &Design District. Join the fun on Saturday, January 18 at The Ice at Carter Green for the People’s Choice carving competition and the Carmel Fire Department chili cook-off. On Sunday, January 19 there will be speed carving at The Ice at Carter Green. Bring your family and friends for this free and open to the public event.
