Join us to learn how Fields Market Garden and St. Isidore Farm farms are growing our community and how you can support them while enjoying fresh, local vegetables and flowers.
Did you know that there are organic, sustainably grown farms right here in Carmel? At this sustainable living seminar, meet Kate Sexton of Fields Market Garden. Located on the north side of Carmel, Fields Market Gardens mission is to cultivate a thriving and inclusive urban garden that nourishes the community through food and flowers. In addition to growing high quality produce, Fields Market Garden provides employment and volunteer opportunities for neighbors with intellectual and developmental disabilities and provides fresh, locally sourced ingredients to the area.
You will also learn about St. Isidore Farm, located at Guerin Catholic High School in Noblesville. Zach Haselhorst will talk about how you can get fresh, sustainably grown, in-season produce picked for you weekly by their students and volunteers in the community.
Join us to learn how these farms are growing our community and how you can support them while enjoying fresh, local vegetables and flowers.
Registration is not required.
Presented in partnership with Carmel Green Initiative.
