Arts Crawl- Noblesville Cultural Arts District

Arts Crawl- Noblesville Cultural Arts District

The Noblesville Cultural Arts District and Noblesville Creates are excited to announce an Arts Crawl to celebrate and highlight the incredible art and culture assets in Downtown Noblesville October 12th from Noon to 5:00pm. You will be able to complete art activities, listen to music, shop for art, enjoy local food/drink, and learn about all the arts available to the Noblesville and surrounding communities. A VIP ticket will soon be available for purchase to make sure you can complete all of the art activities. Be on the look out for maps and signage to make sure you hit all of the creative spots!

If you are a business, restaurant, arts organization, or artist, Noblesville Creates is still looking to add to the Arts Crawl. Please, reach out to Ryan Shelton (rshelton@noblesvillecreates.org, 317-900-1272) with any questions. Below is a list of ways to be involved-

Tiers for Businesses & Organizations:

Tier 1 (Arts Anchors): Arts Activity Site Host

  • You must have an artistic activity available for guests to watch or participate in, such as a drop-in workshop or an artist demo. Please note: having artist vendors or live music is not enough to qualify as an Arts Anchor
  • We can and will develop a ticket system for you and help you manage registrations. Our plan is to develop a VIP ticket that will allow guests to participate in all art workshops/activities by paying in advance
  • We know that this will require an investment on your part. Please let us know how we can help you develop or implement your activity.
  • You will be listed on our event map/brochure and website as a primary location and possible starting point for the Arts Crawl and will advertise details about your activity and business
  • If you do not have a business along the path of the Arts Crawl, we can help you find one – just let us know and we’ll pair you up with a business partner.
  • If you have a location, but you don’t have an arts activity ready to go, we can pair you up with an artist or arts organization!

Tier 2: Live Music + Drink/Food

  • You can host a live musical performance. Preferably, you would host a performance or performances for at least 4 hours (80% of the event)
  • We’d like for you to coordinate with HamCo. Live
  • You must be able to provide food and drink (following the rules of the DORA, if applicable) for the entirety of the event.
  • We know this is a substantial investment, so we will be available to help any way we can
  • You will be listed on the map/brochure and website as a Live Music and Refreshment location for the Arts Crawl and we’ll provide information about the band(s) who will be performing and about your menu

Tier 3: Alcohol Vendor

  • A key component of the Arts Crawl is that guests will be able to enjoy drinks as they explore our Cultural District, so any restaurant, bar, or other location with an alcohol permit that can serve alcohol will be an asset for the event.
  • You will be listed as a source for adult beverages on our map/brochure and website

Tier 4: Advertising on Map & Website ($40-$120)

  • We understand that not everyone can provide an artistic activity, musical performance, or drinks, so we have the following advertising options. We ask that you help support the event and the materials we will create for it by paying for this advertising. Your ad will be included on our website and the map/brochure for the event:
  • Regular listing ($40): The name of your business & address will be listed in our directory
  • Expanded listing ($80): The name of your business & address, with a description of your business and web url and social media handles and a small logo or icon will be listed in our directory
  • Highlight listing ($120): The name of your business & address, with a description of your business and web url and social media handles and a large picture or logo will be included in our directory and the location of your business will be highlighted on our map. These advertisers will also be acknowledged in our social media for the event

We also have sponsorships available for businesses who want to show their support for our Cultural Arts District and want to help us grow this event for the future!

Artist tiers:

  • Vendor ($40): Reserve a 10×10 booth space from which you can sell your handmade items.
  • Demo/Activity/Workshop: We’re looking for artists who can lead interactive activities for guests throughout the day. We can connect you with a host location and help you create a fee structure for your activity that will mesh with the operations of the event.
