Artist Kat Ho’s journey

Artist Kat Ho’s journey

If you came to our First Friday in March this year, you most likely would have met Kat Ho, a Noblesville artist, graduate of the Herron School of Art, and Art Director for the Boys & Girls club in Noblesville (her artwork appears in the photo above).

We invited Kat to participate with us during First Friday because she had told us that she was getting ready to go on a journey: one that would help her grow professionally, as well as emotionally.  She needed to raise as many funds for this trip as possible, and we were happy to let her set up her artwork as part of our First Friday, to show offer skill and earn money for her adventure.

The story of Kat’s trip has recently been featured in the Indy Star.  It’s an amazing story of self-discovery, love, and growth and we want to share it with you!  You can read it by clicking here.

You can also visit Kat’s online store!

If you have a story you would like us to share, please contact us at info@noblesvillecreates.org.
