UPDATE: Conner Prairie Bison Deadline Extended!

Conner Prairie is participating in the Indiana Association of United Ways bicentennial celebration, titled “Bison-tennial Public Art Project.” The museum has a 5-foot-tall fiberglass bison with base. To mark Indiana’s 200th year of statehood, Conner Prairie seeks to commission a central Indiana artist to decorate the bison and base.

The Artist’s design must follow the Indiana Association of United Ways guidelines for the project, found in the organization’s official Bison Project Lead Guide.

To find out the details for this project and how to apply, read the Conner Prairie Call for Artists.

Submissions are due July 18th to brodt@connerprairie.org.
