16 Mar Callout: Artwork Display in Fishers
GAI Consultants Inc. has partnered with the Fishers Arts Council to offer an opportunity for local artists to promote themselves and sell their work. With a location in downtown Fishers, GAI is looking for 2D art that reflects a positive, professional aesthetic to display on a 16’ long wall in the high-traffic lobby of the consulting firm’s new office. In addition to exhibiting artwork, GAI will promote the artist by displaying a biography in the lobby area, promoting the exhibit via social media channels, writing and distributing a press release, and hosting an opening reception for the artist.
Exhibit requirements: Consideration for this opportunity will be given to artists who reside in the city of Fishers. While the space can accommodate 2-3 pieces of large-scale art, items should not exceed 36” x 36” in size. Additional pieces may be considered for display, dependent upon quantity and size of selected pieces. All pieces must be wired for hanging. Artist will be responsible for hanging and labeling all items as well as facilitating any resulting sales. Artwork must be installed by March 29 and remain on display for a 3-month minimum period.
