16 Oct HEPL seeking a Manager for the Ignite Makerspace
Hamilton East Public Library seeks an energetic, creative, people-person to manage Ignite Studio at HEPL, the unique makerspace housed in the Fishers Library. This is a full-time, salaried position with supervisory responsibilities that requires someone comfortable overseeing art projects, creative technology, and community partners. Starting salary for this position is $48,000-$55,000 per year.
Ignite is a unique public space that invites all members of our community to create together, to explore their own artistic potential, to learn new technologies, and to celebrate self-expression and discovery. Position Purpose:
Manages and oversees the operations of Ignite Studio at HEPL, including planning, developing, communicating and implementing policies, procedures, and goals. Oversees, develops and supports art projects, creative technology, and community partnerships.
