Noblesville Creates seeks to embrace each and every artist in our community. Diversity is what makes art interesting, and we want to affirm people of color and the LGTBQ community as invaluable voices in our artist network. We recognize that we need to do better: Noblesville Creates must work harder to diversify our network of artists, our staff, and our leadership team.
We are taking an honest look at our organization and are reviewing our policies and approaches when it comes to diversity and inclusion. We are seeking help on the topics of diversity and inclusion and we want to be deliberate about prioritizing these in everything we do.
