20 Sep Registrations Open for 2018 Comic Book in a Day
Calling all comic book artists and fans!
One of our favorite Signature Events is back again and bigger than ever! Comic Book in a Day has attracted fans and artists from all over the midwest for the last four years, and with good reason. This fun, “something for everyone” event offers participants and spectators the opportunity to learn about the comic book industry, network with other fans and artists, learn from professionals, and more. Plus, Challenge Artists can register to compete against each other to create a full comic book, completely from scratch (about six pages) in this day-long event which concludes with an awards ceremony and a variety of prizes. After the event, Noblesville Creates will publish each of the comics created in a professional, two-volume comic format to be sold in our gift shop.
Comic Book in a Day 2018 will take place at Ignite Studio in the Fishers Library on Saturday, October 6th from 9am – 9pm. Admission is free; Challenge Artists must register in advance for a $20 fee as seats are limited (registration fee covers food/copy of the Comic Book in a Day publication and secures a Challenge Artist seat).
