16 Nov The Art of Business 2017 Classes Announced!
The Noblesville Chamber of Commerce and Noblesville Creates team up to offer The Art of Business: workshops taught by local business leaders designed to help artists build their business savvy. Each workshop will cover a new topic, including tax preparation, building a marketing plan, tips on social media and how to prep for an art fair.
New in 2017: The Noblesville Chamber will be organizing a social gatherings for artists and business mentors to chat, vent, brainstorm, and problem solve. These gatherings will start in the spring and will not only be fun networking events, but will provide artists the chance to compare war stories and seek out guidance and mentorship from many different sectors.
Location: Noblesville and Fishers Libraries, depending on topic and presenter.
Price: Varies by topic; many classes will be $5.

The Artist’s Guide to Social Media (REGISTER)
Aug. 16, 6:30-8 p.m.: How to Like, Follow, Tweet and Friend, as well as many other technical verbs that can help you promote yourself.
