06 Dec Local Literature-Loving Artists: The Wild Needs Your Help!
Want to make a lasting impression in support of a downtown business? As many of you may know, local children’s bookstore The Wild is under new management. New owner John Bellmore is looking to the local creative community for help in decorating this downtown fixture. Their plan: paint each ceiling tile with an interpretation or theme from a favorite book. Staff asks that artists refrain from using any ‘scary’ images (read: keep it kid-friendly!), and they love bright colors. Tiles must be painted with acrylic paints only.
