Hamilton County Artists’ Association First Friday and Exhibit
Friday, July 2, 2021
Free, donations accepted
Reception 6:00 to 8:00 pm with Exhibit continuing through July 31, 2021 during regular gallery hours: Thurs. 1-3 pm., Fri., 1-4 pm, Sat., 10 am to 4 pm
The Birdie Gallery of HCAA, 195 S. 5th St., Noblesville
HCAA presents All of Our Best as the Juried Artists Members compete for ribbons in 2-D, 3-D and Photography. On July 2, we will be hosting our awards reception. Winners will be selected by independent jurors. Come enjoy this First Friday event featuring art, light refreshments, and demonstrations.

Music and All That Jazz

We are excited to bring back Music and All That Jazz again this summer! The band will be set up on the Northeast side of the Square, so bring your chairs or blankets and get ready to hear some awesome music for First Fridays in Downtown Noblesville!

Art Gallery at City Hall Presents: Hamilton County Artists’ Association & Craig Ogden Reception
Reception at Fishers City Hall on Friday, July 9 from 6pm-8pm
Meet the artist and enjoy their works. This free reception is open to the public. Special musical guest TBD. Some artwork will be available for purchase.

Noblesville Duck Race
July 24, 2pm-5pm
July = Duck Race!
Join us as we dump 2,000 ducks off the bridge! This is a sight you have got to see! Buy a duck for $5 and if it’s the first Ducky to cross the finish line you win $1000, second and third Ducky win $500 each!

The Belfry Presents ‘The Apprentice Players Have Talent’
Saturday, July 31, 2pm
Downtown Square in Noblesville
The Belfry Theatre is proud to announce a talent show for youth ages 5-18. “The Apprentice Players Have Talent” will be loosely based off of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” during which each contestant submits a 90-second audition video with aspirations of advancing to the next round. The finalists from each age group will have 3 minutes to strut their stuff, to prove they are the best in their age category, during a live, in-person event at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2021, on the Hamilton County Courthouse Square in downtown Noblesville. Admission to the final event of “The Apprentice Players Have Talent” is free and open to the community.

We offer online Arts Showcase exhibits every couple of months, each with its own web page featuring creative work of all kinds. Submit your original artwork (all mediums), writings (all genres), and songs/instrumentals (MP4s or MP3s) to our online Arts Showcase. Page & Stage Summer Drama Camp
June 14-24
Both virtual and in-person experiences available
Ages 4 through 18, divided by age group
Has COVID caused your child to fall behind in reading? Let us help! We teach literacy through the art of acting. No prior theatre or reading experience necessary. The camp will run June 14 to July 24, with public performances at the end. All staff follow CDC-recommended COVID safety guidelines.

Noblesville Farmers Market

The Noblesville Farmers Market is the oldest and largest market in all of Hamilton County! Attracting people from all over Indiana and highlighting over 70 local vendors, it is truly a destination on Saturday mornings in Noblesville! Join us this summer at Federal Hill Commons every Saturday from 8am-12pm.

Caravan Classes
We will be offering a variety of art experiences for all ages throughout the summer. Make an appointment to complete a project or book their Noblesville or Mobile studio for a group event. Art camps begin June 14th.

Community • Education • Arts CALLOUT for Arts-related podcast and short videos guests:
Podcast Episodes air on Fridays at 4pm
@theroundtable is our podcast, where we discuss the Arts with writers, musicians, and artists of all kinds. Our guests join us via Zoom for the foreseeable future, so we’re flexible with recording dates and times (almost any day of the week, any time). Each recording takes about a total of about 30-40 minutes.

Community • Education • Arts 2022 edition of The Polk Street Review callout for writings (poetry, prose, song lyrics, recipes) and artwork images
The Polk Street Review is a unique Noblesville-focused creative place-making project (known as TPSR Project) that includes workshops, our @theroundtable creative place-making podcast/short videos series, and the publication of an annual submissions-driven anthology. It is the only book dedicated to publishing prose, poetry, song lyrics, and images that celebrate Noblesville. We welcome submissions from both professional and amateur creative artists. Our annual submissions deadline is December 31; editions are published each February.
