07 Sep Artist Call-Out: Gallery of Art at Fishers City Hall
The Fishers Arts Council along with Noblesville Creates and The City of Fishers is currently seeking 2D artists to exhibit in October and December at the Gallery of Art at City Hall, Fishers, Indiana. The theme for October is Bountiful Harvest and December is Winter Wonderland.
Selected artists will have their work hung in the gallery for approximately one month. One evening during that time a reception will be held where the public will have the chance to meet the artist(s). We are looking fir 3-5 pieces from each artist.
The gallery space available consists of two floors having 210 linear feet of exhibit space. Based on the size of the art, we can accommodate approximately 60 pieces. In 2018 the gallery hosted exhibited art from more than 100 artists.
If you are interested in exhibiting, submit an application to thomasrich1952@gmail.com or sknox031@comcast.net by September 17, 2018. The application must include the following:
- Your name and contact information (phone, email and physical address)
- Residency (Fishers, Hamilton County, Outside Hamilton County)
- Statement detailing what you will provide along with jpegs if art exists or description of art to be created)
- Please note that priority will be given to Fishers residents.
Remember that the art is in public space and must be appropriate for all ages.
