03 Jan CALL FOR ARTIST: The Art Gallery at Fishers City Hall
THE ART GALLERY AT CITY HALL– CALL FOR ARTISTS
The Fishers Arts Council along with Noblesville Creates and The City of Fishers is currently seeking 2D artists to exhibit in the 2019 Art Gallery at City Hall in Fishers. Selected artwork will hang in the gallery for approximately one month. A reception is held during each exhibit for the public to interact with the artist(s).
We are looking for artists to exhibit during the following months:
June: An Eclectic Affair (we are looking for 3-5 pieces of art from each artist that will be shown all month and also be shown as part of the Spark!Fishers festival).
August: New Artists & Others (looking for emerging artists & artists who have not exhibited at The Art Gallery at City Hall).
September: Rails & Trails (focus on the rail heritage and woodland heritage of Indiana)
November: Scenes of Indiana
December: Winter Wonderland
January, February, March, April, May, July and October are Closed
The gallery space available consists of two floors having 210 linear feet of exhibit space. Based on the size of the art, we can accommodate approximately 60 pieces. In 2018 the gallery exhibited art from more than 50 artists.

- Your name and contact information (phone, email and physical address)
- Residency (Fishers, Hamilton County, Outside Hamilton County)
- Statement detailing what you will provide along with jpegs (if art exists) or description of art to be created.
- Please note that priority will be given to Fishers residents.
Remember:
The art is in public space and must be appropriate for all ages.
We are looking for 3-5 pieces from each artist (general guideline).
