Join us for the CardioCare Race for Hearts 5K Walk/Run on May 16, 2026, from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Carmel Gazebo. This event is dedicated to raising awareness about heart disease prevention and heart health education through an engaging and interactive experience.
**WEAR RED! All participants are required to wear a red T-shirt or some other form of red clothing to show support for heart health awareness.**
Participants will have the opportunity to walk or run a 5K course while learning from cardiologists, heart disease survivors, and healthcare professionals. The event will also feature interactive booths, educational activities, and community engagement opportunities to promote a heart-healthy lifestyle.
We are proud to partner with the American Heart Association, and 100% of all proceeds from this event will directly support their mission to fight heart disease and improve cardiovascular health. Whether you run, walk, or support from the sidelines, your participation makes a difference.
