Applications Open for Rock on Maple First Friday Vendors

Noblesville Creates is looking for Artistic Vendors for our Rock on Maple First Friday outdoor concert series. Each First Friday event runs from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. with music, vendors, and alcohol outside (weather permitting). Please note space is limited. You would need to supply our own tent, weights, tables, and chairs. You pick 1-3 dates which include June 6th, July 4th, and/or August 1st. Music those months feature popular local bands. If your application is accepted, you will receive further information and a payment link.


Rules & Regulations

Application Deadline: At least 1 week before each First Friday event.

Acceptable Vendor Items: Noblesville Creates strives to promote local creatives and our small business partners. Each application will be reviewed by the Noblesville Creates staff to ensure the quality and a variety of products. No food vendors will be accepted at this time.

Vendor Dates and Times: June 6th, July 4th, or August 1st, 6:00-9:00 p.m. each event.

Location: Outdoors at Noblesville Creates on 8th (107 S. 8th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060)

Registration to Sell: All vendors must complete the application and pay booth fees prior to the event.

Space Reservation: Spaces are assigned by the Noblesville Creates staff.

Booth Specifications: Vendors will be given a 10 x 10 foot space. It is highly recommended that vendors use a tent in addition to any tables or other booth set ups. It is also recommended that vendors use tent weights for each leg, approximately 40lbs per leg. This is a rain or shine event. 

Most, if not all, booth spaces will be on asphalt or gravel for this event. First Fridays take place at our campus, located at 107 S. 8th Street in Noblesville. Tent stakes are prohibited.

Booth Cost: $25 per booth per monthly First Friday event.
