About Lesley

With vibrant strokes of color and energy, Lesley Haflich lends contemporary flair to classic icons of our world. Her timeless oil paintings will be a welcome accent to any décor.

Lesley has a degree in fine art from Purdue University and is a member of the Hoosier Art Salon and Hamilton County Artists’ Association. She moved her studio to the historic Stephenson House on the Nickel Plates Arts campus and loves being part of a burgeoning art community.

About five years ago, she was introduced to Plein Air Painting (painting outside on location) and has truly enjoyed the experience and loose, expressionistic results.

“I am seeing Indiana in a whole new way, noticing all the nuances of light, color and the unique character of our heritage.”

Finally a special part of her art journey has been painting pet portraits, which create a cherished connection with her customers.
