Please join us for a relaxing and restful evening of restorative yoga blended with Thai massage led by ERYT500 certified instructor, Angelique! If you’d like to shop, arrive early because after class you’re going to want to go straight to bed. Please budget extra time to complete a waiver and get settled in. it is recommended you bring a couple bolsters or pillows for added support in these restorative poses.
