The Carmel Clay History Museum is partnering with the Daughters of The American Revolution to put on a series of programs in commemoration of the country's 250th anniversary. On July 9, members of the DAR's Tea and Rebellion Society will perform as Betsy Ross and Phyllis Wheatley.
