Fishers Arts Council Presents: Embracing Black Culture. Reception at the Collaboration Hub at Hamilton County Community Foundation on Friday, February 9th from 6-8p. This free reception is open to the public and all ages are welcome. Meet the student and professional artists, enjoy their works, and partake of light refreshments and a cash wine bar.
