Parks for Pollinators Bioblitz and Monarch Event

September is Parks for Pollinators month! Join park staff

to learn about the important role of pollinators and the

native plants they need to survive. You will learn how to use

iNaturalist to take photos and identify pollinators and the

plants that support them. You will then get a chance to roam

the park and use your new skills to collect data on your own!

We will also look for Monarch butterflies to tag for their fall

migration south. You won’t want to miss this afternoon of

learning and exploration!
