24 Aug Winter Botany Hike
Join us on the first day of winter for a stroll around Central
Park. Plants can be identified in the winter by the seeds, berries
and pods they produce or the leaf litter on the ground. You will
learn how to identify common prairie and woodland plants and
will search for some small plants under the leaf litter. Bring a
hand lens and ID book if you have one and remember to dress
for the weather!
