Vintage Adventures owners, Amie and Chris Knuckles, began their company in 2015 as a small, hobby side job to escape from the stressors of their ‘real’ jobs. As they continued to learn and create, they experimented with using different methods to elevate their creativity and, eventually, landed on their own signature style and method, combining the use of traditional watercolor and acrylic painting with the use of high-tech software, lasers and CNC machines. In mid-2020, they made the decision to go ‘all-in’ and made Vintage Adventures their full-time careers. They moved into their workshop and studio space in downtown Noblesville in 2021 and, in April 2022, they opened a retail store on the Square in Downtown Noblesville to sell their artwork and other home décor items.
