Guests can help prepare and enjoy delicious Gumbo, Sweet-Potato Pie, and Kush, while learning some of the history of African-American cuisine and its impact on our society. Cooking will be done over an open fire near our “Origins Cabin” in Prairietown. Children under 16 must register with an adult.
