Beyond creating a peaceful sensory atmosphere for well-deserved downtime, sound frequencies and vibrations from singing bowls effortlessly shift our brainwave state from stress to relaxation and restoration. Instructions for what to bring and how to best prepare for the sound bath portion of our event will be included in your confirmation email.
