Carmel Dads' Club will open four of our outdoor facilities for parking and viewing of the eclipse. CDC is offering parking spaces at Badger, Pittman, River Road and Shelborne for $20 to go towards the Kids All Play Program (KAP). Lots open at Noon, cash only.
