It has been A LONG TIME (3 and 3/4 years, to be exact) since we have done a pay your age, and we think it's high time we host one!
Local Author, Sarah Cress-Ackermann is joining us to read her new book "Finding my Superpower." We'll hear her read her new book while we paint our own superhero figurine. At the end of the reading everyone who painted will be entered in a drawing to win a copy of the book!
This is a *little* different than other pay-your-ages we have done. We have limited seating, it is a timed event, and everyone including adults is painting. The max for the piece is $10, so anyone over 9 is only paying $10. Everyone intending to attend the story time must have a ticket. This will sell out; we do not anticipate having last minute space.
2-year-old with one adult are $12, 3-year-olds with one adult are $13 etc. If you schedule for a 2-year-old and your toddler gets sick and you end up bringing an older child or adult the day of, no sweat, you can pay the difference the day of. We will also have a select amount of animal figurines if you just don't want to paint a superhero. We are sitting family style for this event, so be prepared to make friends! Tickets are non-refundable. You can add as many children as you'd like in the "extras" before checking out. The superhero and animal figurines being offered the day of generally run $14-22 each, so this is a great bargain no matter your age!
