Your $60 ticket is for your Reiki experience with Marci Grayson, and a stoneware mug to paint. We'll provide all the paint and teachings you'll need to create an amazing piece.
A little bit about Reiki mindfulness and healing practices:
This powerful modern day meditation practice allows you to uplevel your peace of mind, find your natural meditative state, and remove blockages.
Learn a simple practice that gives you instant access to the present moment no matter how demanding, stressful or overwhelming a life situation you find yourself in.
Open your awareness and effortlessly move into a state of feeling more joy, clarity, creativity and focus. This is a 5-phase technique, harmonizing breath, mindfulness, energy healing, appreciation and mediation. You will learn simple practices for each state you move into, that you can use daily and once learned it takes less than 10 minutes to execute.
Introduction to the mediation is about 5 to 10 minutes, 40 to 50 minutes to learn the practices and then we will go through "putting it all together" which is about 10 to 15 minutes long.
When you paint with us your pieces take a quick dip in a hot kiln and are ready for pick up in one week at 60 N 9th st. All pieces are ready for pick up in one week. This is a special event so all attendees need a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
