Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. When you paint with us your pieces take a quick dip in a hot kiln and are ready for pick up in a week. Everyone attending needs a ticket, even people who aren't Swifties. No one without a ticket will be admitted. Switfies under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
