In this class, we will turn two humble kitchen staples into a delicious lesson in culinary discovery. Starting with fresh cream, you will experience its transformation into butter and buttermilk. We will then make golden, fluffy biscuits from scratch.
Along the way, you’ll uncover the science behind the cream’s process and transformation to butter, spend time cooking in one of Conner Prairie’s historic kitchens, and leave with recipes to master at home.
