06 Sep Request For Qualifications: Noblesville Archways
The City of Noblesville is looking for artists or fabricators to create archways for the three alleys around the Courthouse Square. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Sep 22nd. Please note that an additional RFQ for a similar archway for Seminary Park is also being released – you may apply for both projects!
